What should we do when we are troubled?

A short philosophy by Kevin Korpela (© 2005 observatorydrive.com)

Maybe we can find our strength, sophistication and calm-confidence to help us stay happy when we're troubled, plus guide us around life's curve balls and tsunamis.

Sometimes it may be just fine to cry-our-eyes-out with a friend or two but then return with more strength, sophistication and calm-confidence to help the people around us move through their own curve balls and tsunamis.

Because we all have circumstances and struggles of one sort or size, and strong-confidence, calm-kindness, sincere-comedy, warm-smiles and a smart aleck tease or two may help us stay happy and help us say thanks for our life, friends and families.
